nss_fasttrack, ns-httpd - Netscape FastTrack Server 3.03
ns-httpd -d config-directory
The config-directory argument tells the server the location of the server
configuration files. The ns-httpd command should never be invoked from
the shell.
Once the servers have been installed they will attempt to autoconfigure
themselves upon startup. The installation process pre-configures the
server on your system with the user "admin" as the administration user
and "admin" as the administration password. The administration port is
port 8182.
To administer the Netscape FastTrack Server 3.03, issue the following
command:
netscape http://localhost:8182/
then follow the instructions in the nss_fasttrack release notes and the
Netscape FastTrack Administrator's Guide to alter the default
configuration of the server.
To start the servers you can either use the Netscape Administrator server
to do this or you can start the servers by hand.
To start the Netscape Administration Server associated with this release
of the FastTrack Server, invoke the following command
/var/netscape/fasttrack/start-admin
To stop the Netscape Administration Server associated with this release
of the FastTrack Server, invoke the following command
