pthread_attr_getschedpolicy - Obtains the scheduling policy
attribute of the specified thread attributes object

Interface
Thread attributes object whose scheduling policy attribute
is obtained. Receives the value of the scheduling policy
attribute. Refer to the description of the
pthread_attr_setschedpolicy(3) routine for valid values.
This routine obtains the value of the scheduling policy
attribute of the specified thread attributes object. The
scheduling policy attribute defines the scheduling policy
for threads created using the attributes object.
If an error condition occurs, this routine returns an
integer value indicating the type of error. Possible
return values are as follows: Successful completion. The
value specified by attr is invalid.
