     Returns a pointer to an allocated ACL that	is a copy of the ACL supplied
     as	an argument.

RETURN VALUES    [Toc]    [Back]

     Returns a pointer or null.

ERRORS    [Toc]    [Back]

     EINVAL	     aclp is null.

     ENOMEM	     allocation	of the struct acl failed.
