       These functions extract the complex character  and  rendition
 from the current or specified position in the current
       or specified window into the object pointed to by wcval.
       The header  file  <curses.h>  automatically  includes  the
       header file <stdio.h>.
       Note that in_wch, mvin_wch and mvwin_wch may be macros.
       Upon  successful  completion,  these  functions return OK.
       Otherwise, they return ERR.
