deletehost - delete an entry from the host file.
/usr/sysadm/privbin/deletehost -i ipAddress -h hostName
Deletehost removes an entry from the /etc/hosts file.
The ipAddress should be in dotted notation, e.g. 184.108.40.206.
The hostName can be just the name, e.g. foo, or a fully
qualified name, e.g. foo.company.com.
