ipxlink - Link ipx streams driver to Link Layer
ipxlink [-dev device-name] [-snid SNID] [-type
ipxlink is used to configure the ipx streams driver by linking it to the
appropriate network link interface driver.
The name of the IPX device to use for the link. This device must
have the same major number as the minor number of the IPX driver (
/dev/ipx ), and a minor number less than 4. The default device is
The subnetwork identifier (SNID) for the network link layer driver.
This value should match that set for the link layer interface in the
/etc/config/snetd.options file. For example, if using the ethernet
interface ec0, the value of SNID should match that assigned to
LL_SET_SNID on the line starting with 'llc2 ec0'. The default value
is B .
The frame type of the ethernet network on which the NetWare network
resides. If this option is not specified, ipxlink will attempt to
auto-detect the frame type.
/etc/config/snetd.options Describes the configuration of the STREAMS
network constructed by snetd.

The DLPI network daemon (snetd) must be properly configured and running
for the desired network interface in order for ipxlink to work correctly.
